Returns are easy!
Simply contact our Customer Service Department, and let us know the reason for the return. We will then give you a return authorization number so you can return the bulbs.
As long as the return postage is stamped within 7 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return ANY item for an exchange or full refund (We'll even refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error). In the event of a return, at our discretion, we reserve the right to deduct the actual shipping charge from the refund, including items marked as free shipping.
Items postmarked more than 7 days after delivery, may be refused or may be charged a re-stocking fee at our discretion.
